Mrs Bradbury holds a Level 3 Safeguarding Certificate and Safer Recruitment Certificate.  Mrs Bennett, Miss Kent, Mr Reddish and Mrs Tapp hold a Level 3 Safeguarding Certificate. 

All other staff hold Level 1 Safeguarding Certificates

In conjunction with Staffordshire Police, Thursfield Primary School is involved in an initiative called Operation Encompass. The purpose is to safeguard and support children who have been involved in, heard, or witnessed a domestic abuse incident, ensuring staff are aware to provide immediate support.
